Scrivener is overdesigned

Hello friendly people, for my paid posts I like to write about stuff that only writers care about. One of the things writers care a lot about is Scrivener. Once, on Facebook, I tried telling people that Scrivener had too many features, and some of my fellow writers acted like I was goring their child. “Just don’t use the extra features!” they said, that sort of thing.
