I report seeing the book at Subterranean Books (St. Louis) where I went to pick up "Inventing The Renaissance" for Hugo purposes. I also saw Mara Hruska's "Kafkaesque" and cried in drool but could not convince myself that I had money for it. It would be reasonable 3 Weeks-on-Shabbat stuff though which is next month.
(I always at least make a stab at Related Work because it was the worst Puppy category and then cannot believe that these idiots could possibly have voted for the eventual winner. A City On Mars" was the one exception.)
Congratulations! FWIW going back for a second printing doesn't generally mean it's out of stock in the warehouse; usually new print runs are triggered when inventory dips below a certain reserve -- maybe 1,000 copies or something. Based on the out of the box success you're seeing, it is likely the first print run will sell out sooner rather than later, so the new print run is to make sure they DON'T run out of inventory.
This was a very fun event, and I'm really excited to read this book. (But not literally every book in the bibliography, despite what you wrote on the title page!! Maybe just the ones you haven't read yet lol.)
