Getting back into revision mode

Doing major revisions on this book for the first time in about a year. It's a little weird, because the voice in the book is, to me, so distinct. But, to a large extent, it was written about two years ago, in January of 2013. Which means that the voice and most of the language are something that bubbled up out of me ages ago.
